Florida History Month

Osceola Library is pleased to present exhibits from Osceola Historical Society for Florida Heritage month. Please take the time to see exhibits at Hart Memorial, Poinciana Branch, and Veteran's Memorial Library, St. Cloud Branch.

Crafters' Corner - Clay Pot Candle Holders

Looking for a fun and unique new craft to kick off this spring? Come and join us for this April's crafting classes.


Pots are for more than just plants! In this new workshop learn how to turn regular terra cotta pots into art and how to make decorative votive candle holders from them.

Art of Quilting at Osceola Library

Grant Writing: Budget Writing for Beginners

Get the basics on how to develop a grant budget. Learn how to write the budget narrative to relate how the budget ties back to the scope of work. Bring a grant for which you need a budget. Acquire insight from the instructor and your classmates by developing a budget in class and hearing their critique. This is a class for beginners and intermediate grant writers.
